Wir wollen die King James Version von 1611 in so viele Sprachen wie möglich übersetzen. Schaffen Sie nicht nur „eine andere Bibel“, sondern stellen Sie das KJV von 1611 allen zur Verfügung.

In dieser Übersicht möchten wir Ihnen eine Vorstellung von der Struktur des Projekts geben und Sie können damit jeden Teil des Projekts erreichen, an dem Sie interessiert sind.

• Second Westminster Company, übersetzten die Briefe:
  William Barlow, John Spenser, Roger Fenton, Ralph Hutchinson, William Dakins, Michael Rabbet, Thomas Sanderson (der wahrscheinlich schon zu Archdeacon of Rochester wurde);

• Second Cambridge Company, übersetzten die Apokryphen:
  John Duport, William Branthwaite, Jeremiah Radcliffe, Samuel Ward, Andrew Downes, John Bois, Robert Ward, Thomas Bilson, Richard Bancroft.

This, in short (see title), is what we want to achieve. We welcome and invite you to become a part of this very unique project.

We want to translate the King James Version of 1611 to as many languages as possible. Not just create “another Bible”, but make the KJV of 1611 available to everyone.

You find more detailed information about the background in the chapters of this space.

In this overview we’d like to give you an idea of the project’s structure and you can use it to reach every part of the project you are interested in.

We establish the same number of teams with the same responsibilities as there have been between 1604 and 1611:

• First Westminster Company, translated Genesis to 2 Kings:
