But people are not perfect and therefore so, over the centuries, the Bible was not only used for good purposes, but for evil as well. Pretending to translate the scriptures, people created versions of the Bible that support their own ideas of how the scriptures had be understood. Sometimes just careless, more often with doubtable motives, everybody seems to be busy creating something that is called Bible but often is far away from what one could call the Word of God.

But how can we trust any Bible at all? We can and should trust the Word of God. The history of translations and versions is dominated by influences and influencers people with their own agenda. But have they always been successful in their attempt to change the Bible to something else? Not so! One special aspect of any Bible on the world is its inheritance from only one final truth it is not able to cover or hide completely. Even the worst and most corrupt Bible versions will contain at least a small part of the truth of their origin.
